LMCat project achievements video released
In collaboration with Sensu the video "LMCat project achievements: In situ study of graphene CVD growth on liquid copper from atomic to macroscopic scale" has been published.
In the European FET-Horizon2020 project of LMCat (liquid metal catalysis), we have studied graphene growth on liquid copper from atomic to macroscopic scale (at 1370 K under atmospheric pressure CVD conditions) via in situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and optical microscopy. Supported by multiscale modeling, these have opened an unprecedented window for understanding the growth processes, enabling real-time tailoring of graphene growth from a highly ordered polycrystalline layer to a macroscopic single crystal.
